  • Once confirmed by us, we will provide the return address and further instructions.
  • After sending the return parcel, share the courier receipt with us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.
  • Please note, that we do not offer courier pick-up services and rely on third-party couriers.

Wrong Item or Size Received

If you received the wrong item or size:

  • Report the issue to us within 2 days of delivery.
  • Once confirmed, we will provide the return address and instructions.
  • After you send the parcel back, share the courier receipt with us, and we will reimburse the shipping charges.

Processing Your Return

Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will initiate the exchange process, which typically takes 2 working days.

If the replacement product is not available, you will be eligible for store credit equal to the product’s value, or you may select an alternative product. Refunds are not available.
