At ILASHOP, we prioritize the prompt and reliable dispatch of your orders. 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 working days from the order date (Monday to Saturday, excluding Indian public holidays).

- Monday to Saturday: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

- Tamil Nadu: 5 to 6 business days via ST Courier  & Indian Post

- Other States in India: 6 to 9 business days via Indian Post 

In cases where incorrect or insufficient contact information or addresses are provided, the product may be returned to us (RTO - Return to Origin). We will bear the return courier charges for the parcel’s journey back to our warehouse. 

To avoid delays, please ensure your mobile number and address are accurate before placing the order. If we are unable to reach you via phone, we will send an email to initiate contact and coordinate a re-attempt of delivery.
